For this project, the goal was to design a poster based on an object and use type to tell a personal story. First is an MP3 player showing how music makes me feel and how my music taste takes after my parents. Second is an SD card and shows memories of songs/bands I heard growing up, with a brain in the middle of the poster split into sections and each section is a genre/era of music. To add dimension, the SD card slides into the MP3 player like a vinyl sleeve.
